- 1975 - Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd. was established in Chuo-ku, Tokyo as a joint venture of Dentsu Inc., and General Electric Company of the U.S.A..
- 1982 - Debuted QUIK-COMM, Japan's first international electronic mail service, with the opening of the ICAS international public telecommunications network.
- 1987 - Established ISI-Dentsu of America, Inc (acquired by ISI-Dentsu Holding, Inc. in March 2004)
- 1995 - In cooperation with Netscape Communications, Inc., started to develop "Business Use Systems of the Internet" and an "Intranet System."
- 1997 - Established the ISI-Dentsu Holdings, Inc. in the U.S.A.
- 2000 - ISID Holdings, Inc. established Enterprise Financial Solutions, Inc. as a joint venture with The E/W Group, Inc.
- 2000 - Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
- 2003 - Release STRAVIS, a genuine consolidated accounting management solution
